How to pay Fees
Fees are due on the 1st day of January, April, July, and October. If your payment is not received and posted to your account by the 15th of the month, you may incur a late fee on the 16th.
Let MBMD directly debit your account
The easiest way to ensure your fee payments are paid on time and for the correct amount is via ACH direct debit. To set up ACH, simply log into your Vantaca portal account and follow the instructions below.
ACH set-up instructions
- Log into the Vantaca portal.
- Go to “payments.”
- Click on the “enroll” link next to “auto draft.”
- Follow the instructions from there.
Important notes about ACH
- Your first withdrawal will include the full account balance that’s due.
- Payments are pulled between the 5th and the 10th of each quarter.
First time logging into Vantaca?
If you’ve never logged into the Vantaca portal before, you’ll need to request Vantaca log-in credentials.
Once you log in, you’ll have access to view up-to-date assessment account info and be able to set up ACH.
Set up automatic payments through your bank
Before you log in to your bank’s website or app to set up automatic payments, make sure you have your fee account number ready. You can find it on your fee statement. You’ll also need the payment address listed at the top of this page.
Payments must be posted to your fees account by the 15th of the quarter to avoid late fees. Schedule your payment delivery date at least 10 days prior to this to ensure enough time for mailing and processing.
Mail a check
If writing a check is your preferred method, it must be received and posted to your account by the 15th to avoid late fees. Make sure you take into account the time it takes for your payment to arrive by mail plus the time it takes for our bank to post it to your account. We suggest giving yourself a buffer of at least 10 days.
